Shipping policy

Shipping orders of paperbacks are fulfilled by Lulu Press. Shipping times via Lulu can vary per country. If you need to cancel or alter your shipment or have any questions, please contact janna@janna-ruth.com.

Shipping orders of ebooks are fulfilled by Bookfunnel. You should receive a download link for your files shortly after order placement. If you have any problems downloading the file, please contact help@bookfunnel.com and a member of their support team will answer within 24 hours.

Shipping orders of signed paperbacks are exclusive to New Zealand and will be fulfilled by the author within 3-5 business days. Should this not be possible for any reason, the author will reach out via email. For any questions please contact janna@janna-ruth.com.

Should you be interested in signed copies outside of New Zealand, please email Janna at janna@janna-ruth.com to arrange shipment.
